Our human body was never designed to eat these very fresh foods. Our body was designed to eat raw food such as fruits, vegetables, etc. Eat food prepared with oil, spices. This food cannot be properly digested in our stomach and by reducing our digestive power it slowly makes the body dirty which results in the body getting sick.


So I am giving you some simple tips that you can do to cleanse your body and keep your digestion always good.


First of all, the food we eat reaches our stomach. After reaching the stomach, there are three types of acid in our stomach.The first acid is Hydrochloric, the second is mucus, pepsin, these three acids digest our food.An acid called pepsin helps to digest the protein of our food and it needs to be fully digested. Hydrochloric acid and hydrochloric acid are very strong, which can damage our stomach.

When the food goes into our stomach, the stomach moves a little, as a result of which these acids digest our food very easily. But if you eat food with a full stomach and your stomach cannot move properly, then the food you eat will not be digested and it will also destroy your digestive power and with it accumulate in your small and large intestine and contaminate your blood which will make your body sick.


So always try to eat 80% food out of 100%. But it will be properly digested in your body and your body will not be polluted.


The food that we eat reaches our small intestine through the stomach and from there to the large intestine and through the large intestine the stool comes out.


When we eat fruit, it takes 1 hour to digest it, 2 hours when we eat vegetables and 18 hours when we eat food like rice, flour. It takes 18 hours to complete this whole process and if you can't digest the previous food properly and eat more food then it will rot without being digested and accumulate in your small and large intestine and generate bacteria and these bacteria will enter your blood. Mixing together will make the whole body sick.

So if you want to keep your digestive power right and keep your body clean then always try to skip oil, spice like food every day and always eat fiver like green vegetables and fruits. Eat dinner just 3 to 4 hours before going to bed and take a walk after eating so that the acid in your stomach will do its job properly and digest the food you eat well.


If you want to keep your body better and your digestive power better, then fast 3 days a week for 18 hours. If you do this, your body will remove the toxic bacteria from your body. You may have some difficulty at first but it will get better with time.


If you feel very hungry while fasting, you can eat liquid food.


If you do this then your body will always be clean and your digestion will be good.
