Those who have joined the new gym are very worried about what diet to take and what to eat to build a good body, so today I am writing a diet plan for the newbies which if followed, they can build a good body.


Before everyone goes to the gym, they eat a loaf of bread, a banana and a cup of coffee. If you eat it an hour before going to the gym, you will have a lot of energy during the work-out and will be able to exercise very attentively.


Take the second meal just 30 to 1 hour after the gym. For example, if you use a whey protein supplement, you can also take it or you can eat 4 to 6 eggs, but the yolk part of the egg is more than the 3 to 4 eggs. If you use a whole egg then your body will absorb a lot of fat because of which it will be very difficult for you to gain lean muscle. You can eat the white part of the egg to your heart's content, there is no problem in it. To help grow, you can eat 4 bananas with eggs, 4 brown bread with peanut butter, if you want, you can eat oats.

In the third meal, you will eat brown rice. Brown rice has a lot of carbohydrates in it, which gives your body a lot of energy and helps you gain lean muscle. Eating brown rice does not hold any fat in your body and it provides a lot of minerals. But if you use brown rice in your diet then you need to drink more water. You have to eat boiled lentils with brown rice, Boiled vegetables and 100 grams of sour curd. You can also eat salad with it. Along with that you should eat 100 to 250 grams of boiled chicken every day.


In the afternoon you can eat 100 grams or 50 grams of raw soaked chickpeas with it. You can use chicken pieces or egg whites as you like, or you can mix oats with a cup of milk and have just one meal. You can use green tea before or after the hour.

For dinner, you can eat 3 to 4 loaves of bread with egg or peanut butter. Along with it you will eat boiled vegetables, one cup of dal and salad but if you eat salad at night then don't mix onion in it because eating onion at night will cause stomach gas. Yes, you will eat paneer exactly 1 hour after the meal. Remember one thing, never eat too much dinner, always try to eat light food. If you do this then your body will be very good and you will be able to eat full of food throughout the day.

One more thing, whatever you eat, eat without oil, do not add oil or spices to any food. The less oil you eat the more lean muscle you will gain so try not to eat oil, spices and stay away from outside fast food.
