If you were 200 years ago, you would have lived 150 to 200 years and more and would have been free from many diseases. Because in those days, our lifestyle, food and weather were not the same as today's life, so people lived longer and rarely got sick or did not get sick, even if they got sick, they would get better by themselves with some medicine.
But today's people don't live long and they get sick very often. The reason behind the air that even 20-year-olds can't do now is that people of 60 years old used to do things that they were not able to do. That's why today's food supply and weather have changed a lot from the previous era, so the people who live as now live for very less days than the people of the past. Earlier people used to live for 100 to 150 years but now they do not live for 60 years.
So if you don't want to get sick and want to live longer than you can do it if you do something. Because you are not as old as before but you can bring some of that energy.
First of all, try to wake up early. The longer you sleep, the more relaxed your body will be and the slower you will get sick. So the earlier you wake up, the more peaceful your body and mind will be. Try to wake up between 3:45 and 4 am.The more you rest your body, the sicker you will be, so make your body work as hard as it can. You leave the comfort things and do some simple things in your body like you walk a little without a car and go for your own work and best of all you exercise for 1 hour every morning or run a little if you do this your body will be very fit. If you exercise daily then 80% of your diseases will be removed here and if there is no disease then your body will become disease free.
And the remaining 20% will go away on your meal plan.
The foods of today's era are making our body sick, the food of today's era is not pure food, these are poisons. Whatever we eat are all chemically mixed foods that are making our body sick.People are getting sick even if they eat less or more food, so try to always eat healthy foods and don't eat less than what you are hungry, your food will be digested well and every nutrition will reach your body in a good way. People are sick even if they eat too much food. It will happen, so try to eat little by little throughout the day and eat as much as your body can take.
And as you wake up early, you should also go to sleep early. It will be good for your body not to stay up late at night using the phone because a radiation comes out through the phone that makes your body sick, so use the phone as usual.
If you follow these rules daily, you can keep your body away from diseases.
