Mistake number 1 is not doing your diet properly.

Many people work out well in the gym, but they do not take their daily diet properly. Many people start eating oily food immediately after gym because their body does not get the important nutrition properly after gym. Many people eat oil and spices without eating protein and carbohydrates throughout the day due to which their muscles are not built and those who eat junk food like junk food will never build their body. So if you want to build your body then you have to stop eating foods like oil, spices, junk food and eat foods with good nutrition like protein, carbohydrates, minerals then you can build good muscles.


Mistake number 2 is not exercising properly

Many people have a dream to build a good body. They want to build a good body like celebrities. But they just close their eyes and dream and do not work hard to fulfil their dreams.
