Pene ke thodi der baad bathroom jao agar bathroom lagi hai to karlo aur agar kuch bhi yesa feel nahi ho raha hai bathroom ki tarha to ap Walk par nikal shakte ho. 15-20 min walk karein, fresh air lein. Walk ke baad agar apko bathroom ki urge aaye to ap bathroom ja shakte ho.
Lekin meri salha manoge to me apko walk se pehle purhi tarha fresh hone ke liye kahunga. kyu ki isshe hamari stomach ke andar jo Heavy Ness feel hoti hai o nahi hogi aur ap achese Walk ya Jogging kar paoge. I know starting main apko thodi dikkat ayegi lekin ap daily kosish karoge to ye apki ek achhi habits ban jayegi. Agar apse 3glass pani nahi Piya ja raha hai to ap 1glass ke sath bhi shuruwat kar shakte ho, lekin ek ⚠️ important baat jarur dhiyan de agar apko pani pine ke baad ulti aye to ishko na rokhein kyu ki ulti se apki jo stomach hai o achi tarah wash ho jati hai. Jisseh apki stomach ki sari gandagi bahar nikal jati hai apka pet healthy rehta hai aur apka digestion bhi pehle se kafi better ho jaati hai. 


5:30 - 6:00 AM 

Walk ke baad apne focus ko badhane ke liye aur apni man ko shant karne ke liye aur ek strong mind ability badhane ke liye thodi der ap ye kam bhi kar sakte ho jese (Study / Meditation / Quran padhna ya fir ap jis bhi religious se tallukat rakhte ho apne according bhagwan ka naam jaap karna) agar ap rojana subhe ye kam karte ho to nahi apka sirf maan shant hoga sathi sath apke karobar ya job par bhi ishka asar dikhega.

Breakfast & Pre-Gym (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM) 

Hum jab koi bhi workout krte hai to hamare body se bahut zyada pasina nikalta hai jiski wajeh se body main thodi weakness, face par dullness bhi dikhne lagti hai. Ishi chhij ko maintain karne ke liye ap ko Walk/Workout main energy mile koi weakness feel na ho ishke liye sahe nutrition wali khana, khana bhi bohot jaruri hai. Aur inme se breakfast ka role hamare body mein bohot bada hota hai. Aap breakfast jitna acha karenge apko pure din energy bhi utna acha hi milega ishi liye breakfast mein protein + Carbohydrates aur healthy fats jesi food ko jarur khaye. Kyu ki ye tin nutrition hamare body ko chahiye hu hote hain agar in tino me se ek bhi nutrition body ko nahi milegi to hamari body weakness feel karti hai ushi liye workout ke sath sath apne nutrition par bhi pura dhyan dein. 

Ap in nutrition ko pura karne ke liye oats, chapati, banana, dudh, dahi, paneer aur anda bhi khaa sakte ho in sabhi khano main protein aur healthy fats ki matra achhi hoti hai. 

Sirf dal, chawal khane se hi hamari body fit nahi rehti hai, body ko carbs ke sath sath protein ki bhi bahut jyada jarurat padhti hai Kyu ki hamare body ke jo muscles ke cells hain oo protein se hi bane hain. To protein hamare body ke liye bahut zaruri nutrition hai. Ishi liye apne khaane main protein wali foods ko jarur add karein. 

Afternoon Rest (1:00 PM - 3:30 PM) 

Agar ap ek beginer ho ap subhe jaldi uthna chahte ho lekin apko samjh nahi arha hai ap subhe ki shuruwat kis tarha se karein to mere ish routine ko follow kar sakte ho.
1:00 - 3:00 PM 
Agar ap raat ko late shote ho aur subhe 4Am tak uthjate ho to apki 8ghante ki nind Puri nahi hoti hai. Ishi liye ap dopeher ko 2ghante ki sleep (Nap) le shakte ho. Ye apki night sleep ko complete karegi. 

3:30 PM 
Utho aur uthne ke baad halka snacks bhi kha shakte. 

🌇 Evening Routine (4:00 PM - 9:30 PM) 

Evening 4:00 - 6:00 baje tak aap study kar sakte ho ya koi online kaam kar shakte ho, agar aap ek job person ho to aap apne kaam main mann lagaiye 😄.

Lekin agar aap subhe jaldi uthna chahte ho to apko 7:30 ke andar apna dinner complete kar lena hai ishhe apko bloating feel nahi hoga, apko koi bhi digestion me problem nahi hogi, apka khaya huwa khano ke nutrition apke body ko achese mileng aur ap hamesha healthy bhi rahoge. 


Late Night Dinner Ke Causes ☠️:-
