- Sabse pehle subhe 4 A.M utho uthkar apko 3glass garam pani pena hai. Pene ke thodi der baad bathroom jao agar bathroom lagi hai to karlo aur agar kuch bhi yesa feel nahi ho raha hai bathroom ki tarha to ap Walk par nikal shakte ho. 15-20 min walk karein, fresh air lein. Walk ke baad agar apko bathroom ki urge aaye to ap bathroom ja shakte ho.
